Returns & refund policy

Every product is custom printed for you, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, colour preference or incorrect size selection. Please use the size guide before ordering.

When we will replace or refund

• The item arrived damaged or defective.
• You received the wrong product, size, colour or design.
• The print is clearly misprinted or missing.

How to ask

Email contact@memestube.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging label. We may ask for an unboxing video where available.

Refunds

• Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method; your bank typically takes 5–7 working days after we process it.
• Cash on delivery: refunded by bank transfer or UPI to details you provide.

Replacements

Where possible we send a replacement at no extra cost. If a replacement is not possible we refund the item price and shipping you paid.

Orders that never arrive

If tracking shows no progress for an extended period, contact us and we will investigate with the courier and replace or refund as appropriate.
