Store privacy policy

This policy covers purchases made at memestube.com/shop. Our main site privacy policy covers the rest of MemesTube.

What we collect

• Order details: name, email, mobile number, delivery address and the items you buy.
• Payment status from our payment provider. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Technical data needed to keep the store secure, such as your IP address for rate limiting and fraud prevention.

Why we use it

To process and deliver your order, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal and tax obligations.

Who receives it

• Qikink (print and fulfilment partner): your name, address, phone and email so the order can be printed and delivered by their courier partners.
• Razorpay (payments): details needed to process online payments, under their own privacy policy.
• Our hosting, database and content-delivery providers, who process data on our behalf.

We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies

The store uses only essential cookies: one to keep your cart, one for form security and one to show the cart count. Store pages do not use advertising cookies.

Retention

We keep order records for as long as needed for support, accounting and legal requirements, and delete operational logs after about 60 days.
