Cancellation policy

Orders are sent for printing shortly after they are confirmed, and printing cannot be stopped once it begins.

Before printing starts

Email contact@memestube.com with your order number and mobile number as soon as you decide to cancel. If the order has not been sent for printing, we cancel it and refund prepaid payments to the original payment method (usually 5–7 working days).

After printing or dispatch

We cannot cancel orders that are in production or shipped. Once delivered, our returns policy applies.

Cancellations by us

We may cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable, a payment cannot be verified or the address cannot be served. Prepaid payments are refunded in full.
