MemesTube.com respects the rights of creators and copyright owners, and we expect our visitors to do the same. We respond quickly to valid notices under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), India's Copyright Act, 1957, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and similar laws.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on MemesTube.com uses your copyrighted work without permission, email a notice to [email protected] with the subject line "Copyright Removal Request". Your notice should include:

• Your full name, postal address, phone number and email address
• A description of the copyrighted work you own (for example, the film, song or video title)
• The exact URL(s) on MemesTube.com where the material appears
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is acceptable)

Incomplete notices may delay processing.

2. What Happens Next

• We confirm that we received your notice, usually within 24–48 hours
• If it is valid, we remove or disable access to the content, normally within 72 hours
• Where possible, we let the person who provided the content know it was removed

3. Credit Instead of Removal

Some creators are happy for their clip to stay online with proper credit or a link back to their channel. If you prefer that, just tell us in your email and we will add the credit.

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe material you provided was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected]. It should include your contact details, the removed URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court, and your signature. We may restore the content if the complainant does not start legal action within 10–14 business days.

5. Repeat Infringers

We will stop accepting content from anyone who repeatedly submits infringing material.

6. False Claims

Sending a false or misleading copyright notice may make you legally liable for damages. Please make sure you own the rights before submitting a claim.
